How long will it take for my order to be processed?
We aim to process your order the same working day if received before 12.30pm. Please note during busier periods your order may be processed the next working day.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days.
There is another option of a 2-4 working day service for £2.95
We also offer Next Day Delivery, if ordered before 12.30pm on a working day.
Next Day Delivery
Please note for Next Day Delivery – all orders need to be placed before 12.30pm on a working day (Monday – Friday). This guarantees next working day delivery.
Please note – for orders placed on a Friday after 12.30pm these orders will processed and dispatched on a Monday* on a Next Day Service.
*with the exception of bank holidays where the order will be dispatched on the next working day.
For Saturday Delivery orders need to be placed by 12.30pm on Friday.
Please do contact us if you are in URGENT need of a delivery, we will try to accommodate your requests for Weekend dispatch and deliveries, this may incur additional shipping costs.
Please note for some drop ship items, the delivery information on the product page will indicate delivery information, please do be advised these may take a little longer to arrive.
Furniture will be delivered on a pallet – which on request will be taken away.
Which couriers do we use?
We use Parcel Force and Royal Mail.
We use Parcel Force for Next Day Delivery – they provide tracking and delivery notifications.
Our Royal Mail Service is a scanned service where a recipient will need to be present at the address to receive the item – the parcel will then be scanned and a confirmation will be sent to us that delivery has been successful.
Do we ship overseas?
We deliver to most European countries. For all orders outside Europe please contact us for a shipping quote – this will be dependent on item ordered.
European deliveries may take up to 7-10 working days to arrive.
Any applicable customs charges, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer. Our estimated delivery times above do not account for any potential delays due to customs.
Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 14 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries), please contact via email on email@example.com
Please note there is a 14 day cooling down period (from date of postage) before we will take action on lost or missing parcels sent by Royal Mail delivery and Parcel Force.
